    Updates

    • The update source now points at forgejo.dom.network instead of the old
      local Git host. New installations, and the built-in updater default, use the
      new address.
    • HP_RAW, HP_UPDATE_MANIFEST and data/update-source.json still override
      the source, so an existing installation can be pointed at the new address
      without reinstalling.

    Notes

    • An existing installation keeps checking whichever update source it was
      installed with. To move one already running to the new host, set its update
      source or reinstall — the change cannot reach it through the old source on
      its own.

    Updates

    • The updater no longer requires flock; installations without that utility
      use the existing atomic update marker instead.

    Fixes

    • Admin now reports an updater that fails during startup immediately, including
      its specific error, instead of eventually showing only that it stopped.
    • Update locking still uses flock when available and safely rejects concurrent
      or active update processes when it is not.
