Bug 5 — Agent form white-page crash: agentApi now resolves string keys internally so both AgentsTab (passes strings) and AgentForm (passes objects) work.

Bug 6 — Module icon: changed from bare string "server" to 🖥️ emoji.

Bug 8 — Modal dismiss data loss: AgentForm now checks if fields are dirty before allowing close, prompts to confirm discard.

Bug 7 data persistence fix is in the Ion-OS core PR (docker.js named volume support).

Includes rebuilt 1.0.4 image.

5. Agent form crash: agentApi now resolves string keys to connector defs
   (AgentsTab passes strings, AgentForm passes objects - both work now)
6. Module icon: changed from 'server' string to emoji in ion-module.json
7. Data persistence: (fix is in ion-os core docker.js - named volumes)
8. Modal dismiss: dirty-form check before closing, prompts if fields filled

151 server + 153 client tests pass, build clean.
