fix: auto-layout subtree rewrite + shell width + release 1.0.10 7b41268d46

Bug 1+3: Rewrote autoLayout.js positioning pass to use recursive subtree-width
allocation (bottom-up width, top-down position, parent centring, provider
reordering by child pull). Children now group under parents with proper spacing.

Bug 2: Shell max-w-[1400px] -> max-w-full for ultrawide support.

Build: 151 server tests pass, client build clean.
