Problem

Removing a service from the map and running auto-layout both 404 because they call PATCH /network-node-positions (no :id) which does not exist.

Fix

Changed removeFromMap.js and autoLayout.js to use api.put (hits PUT /network-node-positions upsert-by-stableKey).

Tests

151 server tests pass. Client build clean.

removeFromMap.js and autoLayout.js called api.patch('/network-node-positions', {...})
but the server has no PATCH /network-node-positions route (only PATCH /:id).
Changed to api.put which hits the PUT upsert-by-stableKey route.

This caused 404 when removing services from the map or running auto-layout.
